How Can You Get Involved?
We are looking for community partners to help sponsor this event and there are many ways for you to participate. Attached is a flyer detailing sponsorship levels and benefits as well as a sponsorship participation form. The money raised through sponsorship will be used to cover the cost to produce the festival. If expenses are met and additional funds remain, they will be used to fund activities and business functions of the Northgate Chamber of Commerce.

Our goal for attendance is 12,000 visitors, but we can well surpass this number due to the easy access to our NEW location, The Northgate Community Center. We would like to take a moment to share with you our marketing plan for the 2008 Northgate Festival.
Radio Spots: We will be running advertising on local radio stations, and personnel from the station will be at the festival to pass out promotional items.
Journal Newspapers: The Journal Newspapers will be donating a series of full color ads in their Northgate Journal, starting in July 2008. They will also print and distribute to 24,000 homes by direct mail the festival’s official program.
Local Television Spots: SCAN media will be providing spots on the local access channels to advertise the festival.
Print Media: Advertising will be placed early summer.
Flyers and Posters: Print material will be provided
to all sponsors and local business for posting or distribution in late July.
Festival Website: A website will be designed for the 2008 Northgate Festival in which the public will be able to access information and include a page where our sponsors will be featured. We also have several local business that will provide a link to the festival website.
We know our sponsors will receive plenty of exposure and in the process build goodwill among our community through this event. Let us know if your company would like to participate.
