Bow-wow, WOW! New This Year Pet Patio!

New this year is the Great Dog Pet Patio, which will feature man's best friend and the people who love them. The folks at Great Dog have some fun things planned that are guaranteed to be enriching, entertaining and down right funny. Well mannered canines are welcome to join us at the Great Dog’s Pet Patio for some paw stompin’ good fun with:

• A Pet Talent Contest, ala American Idol style
• Bobbing for Hot Dogs (pups only)
• Look a Like, Longest Tail & Wiggliest Butt contests

Along with demonstrations on:
• Teaching your dog new tricks
• Gaining obedience skills
• Grooming your pet and trimming nails
• How to choose the best toys for your pooch
• Information on dog safety, including how to teach your child to stay safe from dog bites

Professionals in canine care, nutrition and enrichment will be on hand to offer advice, tips and more. Therapy dogs will also be on hand throughout the day to demonstrate the work they do. So come on out on Sept 6, deck your dog out in feathers & bling, show us an incredible trick, lay in the grass with your pooch or just plain have a Great time at the Great Dog Pet Patio.
